Twinkle is the daughter of the Pit Boss and resides in the The Pits with her father and sister, Sprinkle. She is voiced by guest star actress Cindy Margolis.

Twinkle is a middle-aged woman with blond hair and the attire and dialect of a teenage girl. When the Biker Mice from Mars enter the Pits and encounter Pit Boss and his newfound lackeys, Limburger and Karbunkle, she takes an extreme liking to Modo, begging her father to keep him as a pet. After the Pits brawl, she, now accompanied by her sister, Sprinkle, chase after the Biker Mice in affection, her sister now taking a liking to Vinnie, to the bros' horror.
