Summary[]
Limburger is ready to use a new device, a Tug Transformer, to make Earth one of the newest moons of Plutark. While the Biker Mice and Charley find themselves hanging, the guys recall when the Plutarkians tried the same tactic with Mars, as well as the origins of their scars before their adventure began.
