Carol is an American woman with blond hair and blue eyes, and is usually seen in a business suit and skirt, often at the side of Rump and her colleague, Georgie. She is constantly at Rump's side, advising him on various decisions or doing his bidding as his employee. Despite her advice, it usually falls on deaf ears. or she is threatened to submit to Rump's actions.
